From listed cottages in Canterbury to an award-winning home in Dungeness, here's what the people we work for say about working with Andrew and the team.
Andrew was superb to work with. I replaced decking at our home in Kent, Dungeness. It's a RIBA award-winning home and so I was nervous about getting it right. Andrew understood and sourced the materials and did a meticulous job. I can't recommend him highly enough. Thanks Andrew!
Andrew has restored my faith in builders! Andrew's knowledge and passion for my listed cottage has resulted in a restoration and refurbishment that exceeded my original plans and expectations. Our initial discussion, the detailed specification and quote and the excellent communication during the project ensured I felt involved and fully informed throughout. Andrew's attention to detail, exacting standards, suggestions and knowledge have ensured the best outcome and enhanced the character of the cottage whilst ensuring the integrity of the listing was maintained. I shall definitely use Andrew again and can fully recommend him for projects large and small.
I've worked with Andrew a few times now and always recommend him to others. He's someone I can bounce ideas off, I can show him pictures and he'll figure out a way to achieve it. His attention to detail and willingness to try new techniques makes him my go-to. He's hard working and always leaves the site clean and tidy, which is essential if you have kids around.
Andy and his team are phenomenal at what they do. Care, attention to detail and incredible scope for advice. They are also some of the nicest people I have met. Thank you Andy for everything you have done for us! Sarah and Henry
Andy did a great job of updating a tired old kitchen to a modern and sleek look. Not only fully designing, but recommending great suppliers for goods and fittings at reasonable prices. The work was completed quickly, tidily and within budget. Would recommend.
I've had the pleasure of working with Andrew and his team on two major refurbishment projects. His attention to detail is what sets him apart from your average builder. He has a keen eye for design, and suggested changing materials, finish or approach several times, which helped to tie everything together visually while being environmentally conscious, more original and in keeping with the houses.
Andrew at Usfew did an amazing job with our kitchen in Islington. With his wonderful creative eye he helped redesign and modernise the whole look. His attention to detail is exceptional, from the unique bespoke taps to the antique brass handles. The kitchen now looks fabulous. It is not easy to find workmen of this calibre. I would highly recommend Andrew and Usfew.
